AUTOMATION, FUNDED BY US

We'll automate the job eating your team's time, and pay for the build.

You pay nothing upfront. You pay only for what the automation processes, at less than that work costs you today.

WE'VE DONE THIS BEFORE

Order processing reduced from 6 hours to 45 minutes.

They grasped exactly what I was looking for, took the prototype and the idea, and built the final product end to end. Having a CTO-level partner behind me let me turn an ambition into something real.

THE PATTERN

In every firm
there are actions that
eat time & money

Nobody signs off capital to fix it. So it stays.

Hiring developers for it is a bet, and the thing they build has to survive contact with the people doing the work.

THE MECHANICS

How it works

  1. 1–2 weeks · Free

    Audit

We map the process and cost it. You leave with one number whether or not you proceed.

  2. 4–8 weeks

    Build

You choose who funds it: pay outright and own it, or we fund it up to an agreed cap.

  3. Ongoing

    Running

You pay per unit processed. A unit is whatever you already count, agreed in the audit.

FIRST READ

Try it on your process

Describe it in a sentence or two. You get a structured first read, not a quote.

What comes back

  • The unit you'd be counting
  • Whether it looks like a fit
  • What the audit would measure
  • The one thing to watch

No price and no saving. Those need your real volume counted, which is what the audit does.

THE COMPANY

Why we can carry this

Workflow automation and system integration is what we build most weeks. Funding one is a cash decision for us, not a bet on whether we can deliver it.

We work with clients across seven countries, and we fund these builds from our own balance sheet. That means there's sometimes a wait. If the fit is right and the timing isn't, we'll tell you when.

See the wider practice

If this isn't your situation

This page is about a repetitive, countable process that costs you real money every month.

A product that needs building, a prototype that won't reach production, a vendor engagement that went wrong: that's the main practice.

Or you have capital available and want the automation on your own infrastructure. Buy the build outright and we'll quote it as an ordinary project.

QUESTIONS

The questions we get

We are paid for each unit the automation processes, at a rate below what that work costs you now, so the process gets cheaper from the first month. While we are recovering the build you keep about half of what it saves you, and once it is recovered the rate drops and the saving is all yours.

The coverage estimate is ours, so the risk of getting it wrong is ours. If we are wrong, it takes us longer to recover what we spent.

Four to eight weeks, against a scope fixed during the audit. Counting is built in from the first day, and you can export the log and check it against your own records.

No, and it works better when it doesn't. Most of these are about absorbing growth without hiring, or moving people onto work worth their time.

Nothing before the audit. The audit gives you the real cost of the process whether or not you go ahead, and the full conditions come with it in writing.

THE AUDIT

Start with the number

Tell us who you are and we'll take it from there. If it clears the bar we'll book the audit. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the call and tell you why.
