Discovery & Planning
Our discovery and planning phase is designed to make sure that the customer's expectations align with the technological and economical factors. The process looks like:

1. We align with your requirements and goals
2. We check the market for the existing solutions to check whether the product can be bought off the shelf or can be partially purchased from the 3rd parties, if so, we deliver this information to the client.
3. We analyze client's budget and make sure that we can reach it on two sides: Cost Per Unit and the Product Design Price.

As a result of this phase we deliver a report containing all of the following information for the approval before we go for a next step.

MVP & Prototyping
Fast iterations, clear logic. We build something testable early — whether a clickable UI, firmware demo, or functional prototype.

Launch & Support
We help launch — from web deployment or App Store releases to mass production. Ongoing support available.
